We provide (a) learning and mentorship programs in programming, technology and creative skills, and (b) software and digital development services for clients. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing for any project or program are agreed separately in writing before work begins.
3. Bookings, Consultations & Quotes
Free sessions and consultations are offered to understand your goals; they carry no obligation. Any paid engagement — a course, mentorship plan or development project — begins only after scope and terms are agreed between you and us.
4. Payments
Fees for programs or projects are as agreed in writing for that specific engagement. Payment terms (amount, schedule, method) are confirmed before work starts. Any refund terms are covered in our Refund Policy.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to use our services lawfully, and — for learning programs — to understand that outcomes depend on your own effort and participation. We provide guidance, structure and mentorship; we do not guarantee specific job, income or ranking outcomes.
6. Intellectual Property
Content on this website (text, design, materials) belongs to Dhartiputra Coders unless stated otherwise. Course materials are for your personal learning use. For development projects, ownership of the delivered work is defined in the individual project agreement.
7. Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third-party services (such as Google reviews or social media). We are not responsible for the content or policies of those third-party sites.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided in good faith and to a professional standard. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
