1. Free Sessions
Consultations and first sessions are free and carry no obligation, so there's nothing to refund.
2. Learning Programs
Refund eligibility for paid programs is agreed in writing before you enrol, and depends on how much of the program has been delivered. We'll always be fair and transparent.
3. Development Projects
For client projects, payment and refund terms are defined in the individual project agreement before work starts, usually tied to agreed milestones.
